You share in our success...
Our Founding Members will be the first 119 people to purchase
residences on The Island of Ireland luxury resort. As a Founding
Member you, will be entitled to the following benefits and
privileges...
Profit Share
You will receive a pro-rata share of approximately 60% of the net
profit generated by the resort’s activities such as accommodation,
conferencing, the Bar, the Restaurant and the Spa facilities.

Private Bar
Permanently stocked with your favourite drinks, cigars and snack
foods. Staff will be on hand to ensure your wine is opened and left
to breath before you dine, to provide you with your newspaper of
choice, and quiet moments when you need them. Consider the Founder’s
Bar a haven for the few who choose to share our dream from the
outset.
Spa Privileges
From priority bookings to reduced rates, our Founder Members will
enjoy special treatment in The Spa.
Global Concierge
Designed with the objective of “seamless luxury” in mind our Global
Concierge means the Island of Ireland is only ever one phone call
away. Global Concierge will organise all your travel arrangements
for you: flights, a courtesy limousine to take you from your home to
the airport, another to collect you from Dubai Airport, you’ll
arrive by water taxi and champagne and fruit will be waiting in your
home.

Permanent Table
As a Founder Member, there will always be a table available for you
in our restaurant.
Founder’s Areas
Throughout the Island of Ireland, whether on the beach, in a coffee
shop or our recreation area, Founder Members will find a specially
dedicated area just for them.
Finishing Touch
All founder members will also be remembered forever as their name
will be listed on a special commemorative plaque in the reception
hall.
